Responsibilities

You’ll work closely with our CEO, Kaila, who will guide and support you as you implement her overall vision and ideas for operations strategy. You’ll also be able to work with and delegate some tasks to our student interns.

  • Organising and integrating our backend systems

  • Organising and improving the presentation of our digital assets, including websites, ebooks, articles and videos

  • Exploring new opportunities for our programme

  • Improving our recruitment, application, and onboarding process

  • Setting up an employee onboarding process and guide

  • Reviewing our expenses to see where we can be more economical

  • Setting up and managing our Dubsado account (for invoices, CRM, and processes)

  • Human resources management

  • Management of team holidays and sick leave

  • Invoicing clients and students

  • Creating, managing and forecasting budgets for various departments

  • Client relationship management, including delivery and quality assurance

  • Student relationship management, including delivery and quality assurance

  • Matching clients with the appropriate student writer

  • Working with our team on growth strategy

  • Managing and delegating tasks to interns

  • Setting up, creating an agenda, and taking minutes at company meetings

  • Setting and managing of team and student KPIs

Salary Package


Base salary

Starting at $1,000 USD per month, with salary reviews every 6 months.


Bonuses

  • $50 USD per paid student sign up

  • 20% commission on all new clients' set up fees, and 10% per month thereafter

  • 2,000 words credit to use per month

  • FREE Grammarly Pro, Asana Pro, GSuites, and Slack Pro accounts
